London-based graphic designer and illustrator, Nikki Farquharson, does the awesomely saucy series "Mixed Media Girls." I initially loved her for her groovy mix of collage and illustration....but I also love her super cool side project, Random Got Beautiful. It’s an online collage of user-submitted photographs organized by color. Perty perty! 
Ooh, I like these. Something about marker drawings makes me happy. Maybe it reminds me of when I was a kid and would get a brand new set of them. Now I want to go get myself some of those scented ones. I'm sure no one at work will mind... :)
